Welcome to our very 3rd One Model Place Newsletter EXPOSURE

New Look For One Model Place

On Jan 15, OMP started to launch version 4 of our community. Faster loading pages, cleaner look and feel and more Features. And it even works in Netscape on the MAC.

We have spent the last month designing and building the new look for the  new site. What you see on the home page and in the profiles is the basis for the site design that we are using for all new upgrades and improvements. The redesign will, very soon, incorporate a new search engine. This new search tool will help you find models, photographers, agents and makeup artists faster and easier than ever before. A new Message Board system is in BETA testing, and should be up and running in a month.(we hope)

We are also in the process of BETA testing a “Members Online” system. This new feature will show who is logged in to OMP at any one time. It will also allow you to go to there profile, where a new chat icon will appear, If you choose, you can chat with them in there private profile chat room.

This has been a great way for the BETA testers to find new talent on OMP. You see a page of key image listing all the members on the site at this time. You will find new members that you did not even know about. It is really cool! (Delivery in 2 months or so) At this time we do not need any more beta testers, thank you.

On the “Interesting Statistics” front: From 4:00 PM – 11:00 EST we had about 350 registered members logged in, and another 2500 visitors online at any one time for a total between 2600 to 4000 eyes on OMP at any one time.

Lets hear it for the site designers… (Stuart B., Kelly A. and Wara C.) and a Special thanks to Sysop2 (if you know who he is you did something wrong and received an email). If you don’t know him, keep it that way... you are behaving on the site.
