General Information: Thanks to OneModelPlace for my article/shoot that came out in the "EXERCISE - for men only" fitness magazine. It's in the November, 2004 issue. They found me at OneModelPlace!

The article I wrote (I'm a fitness writer, model and personal trainer) and modeled for is titled "SUPER FITNESS & SHREDDED MUSCULARITY - Full Body VO2 Enhancement Routine".

The "levi" shot here is from that shoot. The publishers have 3 magazines......one for over forty years old and two others. I am honored to have NOT been place in the "over forty" magazine....I'm 48 years old, but told them the article I wrote can be used for any age.

In modeling and acting, you are considered to be in a "range". I consider my range to be 30's and 40's. I am a "baby boomer" and a health/longevity/rehabilitation expert. My blood panels (barometers of internal health) show my expertise in longevity, since my panels indicate an age of someone in their TEENS.
I am in search of quality prints to pursue a sports and commercial modeling career .......although I still consider my "talent" to be that of a health expert. I am VERY dependable and play NO games.....I am an adult and SERIOUS about this career.
