    General Information:
    A bulk of my work involves recreating the look and Detective Magazine/Mystery paperback covers of the 60's, 70's and 80's. What I shoot tends to be a mash up of film noir and dark eroticism with a bit of fetish and pin-up thrown in. Those images are heavily influenced by that of Guy Bourdin and it shows, hopefully.

    I'm also beginning to do images that are a bit more mainstream, but hopefully with more edge and emotion.

    I believe for any form of creative expression to be successful and effective it should provoke thought and discussion. What we call "art" tends to be based on both our individual beliefs and prejudices. The interpretations are for the most part on the viewer.

    Me, I just take pictures and tell stories: some dark, some hopeful and many that are indistinct. In the end as long as I've caused someone to view one of my image for a few seconds longer.... that's what matters.
