     General Information 
    Welcome to Light Brushed Images! Here I am posting my ongoing collection of artistic figure works over the past few years. Many have been printed for galleries, and will be included in an upcoming book.

    "Photographer" literally means "Light Painter" - these images cannot be created without careful attention to and control of the lighting - natural, outdoors, model lights, or strobes - they are the pallet I use to deepen and enrich an image's meaning and message, which I plan individually with each model. This is what makes my images a little bit unique. I hope you enjoy my gallery.

    I endeavor to create something unique with each model I work with. If you flip through my images without pausing to take them in, then I failed miserably. If you are compelled to ponder an image, I'm very pleased. Drop me a note letting me know how you interpreted any given image. (New images being uplaoded frequently!) I appreciated the comment from Sienna (260465) who told me "There is just something different about your art... would definitely shoot with you when you are in NYC or I come to DC." and Jennifer (283924) who wrote "It's refreshing to see a photographer with actual art in their photos opposed to just wanting naked women doing whatever." - LOL!

    I travel frequently, so don't hesitate to contact me if you are interested in creating images together; I might be able to plan you into a future itinerary. I only do high-end images with the goal of creating gallery display pieces, not starter portfolios. I am happy to work with beginners who want to reach higher, though I may require a nominal sitting fee. I will work TFP with you if you show the potential to make artistic images. I am very occasionally willing to hire FULL-TIME professional models if you have an extremely well-developed online ARTISTIC portfolio who's quality equals or exceeds mine, AND you would still find value in my images for your port.

    I am currently making plans now for 2009 fall/winter 2010 spring/summer out-of-town shooting, so it's a good time to contact me (though right now am shooting very limited to catch up and process new pieces!) I may require a nominal siting fee for all shoots. Models will always get a full-size copy of any final gallery/art pieces i produce.
