The Studio is open in Hartselle, AL....just south of Huntsville so let me know if you need some images!

If you are a model interested in working with me...I am only doing Trade Time sessions in my Hartselle, AL studio. I do these sessions on weekends. I rarely work with those under 18...but of course there are exceptions! Primarily I work with those over 18.

If you want to work with me, you need to bring something to the session. I am not interested in working with those that expect me to figure out what they want to shoot. Be prepared to give me an idea of what you want to do.
The sessions last from 3 - 6 hours. I like to start in the morning...you are fresher that way and at the end of the day, we still have some day left to us.
Call me at 256-612-2800. Sending me a note that tells me you want to work with me is flattering, but a ten minute phone call can enable us to sort out what you look like, what you want to shoot and we can set an appointment for some studio time. No phone call, no shoot.

I'm an easy-going patient guy who enjoys what I do. Shooting these sessions are fun for me. Work, when done properly should be fun!

I have been a Commercial photographer/ motion picture and video cameraman/director/editor over 30 years. I do mostly aviation oriented work for my nine to five existence. I have always looked upon still photography as a calling though, not a job!

People I've worked with me tell me my passion for getting the image is obvious at shoots.
I'm very versatile, very professional in all facets of photography, digital, multimedia and video.

I think "out of the box" a lot to get those one of a kind shots so you don't get a "cookie cutter" series of photos that look just like everyone else. I like to work from fashion to fantasy.
Please make acknowledgments public so I can read them. Private acknowledgements only tell me "SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE" wanted to work with me.
I’m interested in Trading Time for portfolio shoots.
I mostly shoot in my studio. The temperature is always controlled, we don't have to worry about insects or bad weather.
My rules for these shoots:
You are in charge of the shoot...you decide what we shoot and what and how many changes you want to do. For that session you get a CD of previews of everything I shoot. You look those previews over and decide which ones you want cropped, sized and corrected for the web or for print size.
I'm a pro. I use a model release. You get a copy of the release. The model release gives you full use of the images to use for your promotion or to print. You just can't sell them! You get a signed copy of the model release at the shoot.
Note, travel companions are ALWAYS WELCOME to all parts of the shoots.
All work is by appointment only. We have to talk about what you want to shoot. I'm a pro, so we talk about what we will do, we both agree to it and that is what we shoot. We plan the shoot and shoot the plan. I don't "wing it"
This means I want to talk to you. I don’t want to text or hit e-mails back and forth…we can sort all the details out in a ten minute phone call…so you need to CALL ME 256-612-2800 No phone call, no shoots.
I'm very easy going, respectful and relaxed but we still manage to get the shot! We work hard to get the images but along the way we both have a good time. Work, when done correctly, should be fun!
I insist that the shoots I do are Drug & Alcohol free. If you show up under the influence, it is over before it began.
