Welcome to my OMP page, and I want to thank you for visiting me. I have enjoyed making these images, and I hope that you will enjoy looking at them as well. Photography is very special to me as a medium that combines both art and business, and I take great pleasure in producing artistic images that encompass both of these attributes. I look forward to making equally outstanding images of many new and different models, maybe you!

First off, I want to thank all of the many (mainly OMP) excellent models who are shown in the images below. They are not only beautiful, but creative, hardworking, and a lot of fun to be around! Very seldom do I find an OMP model that is not all of the above, and I look forward to working with even more of you in the very near future.

I am a very experienced photographer and photographic faculty member who is currently shooting a variety of subjects including beauty, glamour, dance and fine art photography. In addition, I continue to teach photography workshops in all these subjects and many others, often using models, and with digital image capture. The model jobs for my workshops are all paid jobs, and sometimes photographs for the model are available from them as well.

I obtain most of my workshop models from OMP for my paid workshop jobs, and that has been going very well. I do require a test shoot of models who are interested in being booked for my workshops, in order to evaluate the model for both appropriateness and reliability. I have been the Owner/Manager of Don Becker Photography for over 30 years (which now includes db Creative Images Photography), and am a long-time faculty member of a professional photography school located in the suburban Washington DC/Maryland area.

I am very comfortable working with inexperienced models and models of all ages, and I make models very comfortable while working with me. I can also assist models with makeup and posing, if necessary. In addition to my workshops, I am available for headshots, portfolios, glamour portraits, and other photographic services at very reasonable rates, just ask. As can be seen from my photographs, I work well both in the studio and on location, and am expert on improving images in Photoshop. I am very easygoing and make any shoot with me a fun experience for both models and clients. After decades of using film, I shoot totally digitally now for both my personal fine art work and my business. I am very comfortable teaching photography, lighting and digital techniques to individuals and groups, and am available for tutoring, talks, and lectures on those subjects.
