    Our job is to develop models to where they know how to be successful in this industry. Many models want/need an agency, and many are turned away due to lack of experience and knowledge. We will give you that much needed knowledge and experience. Not only will you learn, but you will also build a real portfolio, that includes tearsheets.

    221 Associates, is a development and consulting company. We develop new talent. Once they have completed the process, we can either market them, or we may work with them in other aspects.

    Personal Training

    Castings
    Monthly membership to receive through yahoo group.

    Career development
    Will help with career planning, and ideas. Can create road maps, and true timelines.

    Consultation
    Answer any questions, as needed.

    Photoshoot
    A photoshoot for models. Models will receive a Cd of images, and a release form to reprint as necessary.

    Composite card design
    Will create design, and give a PDF file to use and print as necessary

    Photo editing
    Photo editing, will remove imperfections, tattoos, etc.
