Facility is approximately 3600sq ft in total
Main studio 32x32 with 17ft ceiling white walls and natural light from large windows (2-68 x76 ) and skylights (8'x 8')
Secondary studio 16'x40' with 8 foot ceiling
Loading door at floor level 16'x16'

Makeup area has 16' counter (has sink for hair) with natural and artificial light along with full bathroom (shower only)
Complete kitchen & laundry
Wood and metal working shop for set building
Offices (2) and meeting area with

Secure wireless high speed Internet

All equipment is available for rent Camera bodies D2X (wireless),D1X (not wireless) D2X RZ67 (film) and 4x5 (film) with an array of lenses for all formats. Rental of equipment with studio only at this time.
Location vehicle 1 ton ford diesel cube van 16' box
Electrical Power generator (backup for the building or location)

Accommodations are available in the facility or nearby while working there please inquire.

Located between ferries so travel from the mainland is about 50 minute drive from either Duke Point or Swartz Bay terminals to Mill Bay

This is a full service commercial studio, film , digital, concept development, design,trade show displays, prepress all inhouse. Staff provide for your image, design, concept developement, print, publishing and web needs with individual attention to your details. Studio or location we do it all where you want us ( We have been known to hang out of perfectly good aircraft to get a shot, but NEVER jump). Call us for a quote on your next project.


Our current needs are for the following ongoing projects.
1) Fine Art nudes looking for models for bodyscape type images these will not include faces, would rather tall curvy types but will review all interested parties.
2) Pregnant or with recent baby, looking for fresh motherly look (think girl next door)can be nude or not.
3) Women and children or men & children
4)Looking to add to our list of available models for lifestyle imagery and assignments male and female of all ages. ESPECIALLY BABY BOOMERS>(ages 40+)
5)Women in all sports , character faces, toned bodies, Mtn Bike, Road or track cycling, Climbing (rock,ice,alpine),swimming, hiking, white water paddling (canoe or kayak), skiing and snowboarding(racing,half pipe or free riding),surfing are some of the few we need.
6)Children and babies ages up to 4 years.

We have had a great deal of trouble finding suitable models (Male and Female all ages) on Vancouver Island and would review all portfolios and referalls.Please all respondents must be within 3hr drive Mill Bay location.
