     General Information 
    Hello,
    I am an American Artist presently living and working in Scotland. I have established studios on the west coast facing the Isle of Skye (Highland Region). It is a remote but fantastic location.

    I do not consider myself to be a "photographer" per se, I am an "artist", and there is a fine line being drawn here, I work in many art mediums, especially sculpture and oil painting. Though I am entirely professional, i do not do commercial art commissions. Fine art is my thing and therefor my budget is out of my own pocket, however I am willing to pay for real talent, professional or fresh. Im an equal opportunity and fair trade employer.

    My studio is my home, it is a very large old house (part rough and part gem), the studios are well equipped, even more importantly when the weather and light are right I have the option of working indoors and outdoors during the same photo shoot. There are thousands of acres of wilderness at my doorstep The variety is visually stunning, beach. sand, waves, mountains, forests, waterfalls, pools, ponds, barren hills, rock-scapes etc etc oh and of course there is wildlife flora and fauna, deer, horses, as well as wooden boats  etc The only problem with the highland landscape in the summer is the "midges" so most landscape photography must be done in the fall winter and spring seasons. the best warmest midge free season is to work in late march through may.

    The images herein only display that of my work with OMP models, that is what this site is all about. The drawings herein are done for my satisfaction, studies and exercises as an aid to producing better sculptures paintings and photographs. My work varies a little bit from this. None the less my portfolio herein should clue you in as to what I "aiming for" in feeling and style. There is no use painting or sculpting from what is already an unbelievably great photograph. However I do use photographs and sketches as an aid to sculpture and painting. I am not a Genre Artist, and my work with models is not limited. I am not a "landscape artist", I am not a "nude photographer" I am not a "portrait artist" I don't "DO" cornography, cliché fetish or cheesecake. I AM FINE ARTIST, PERIOD- uncensored. I am merely trying to grasp and crystalize from the outer world, interpretations of my eidetic vision to produce images that will be embraced by others. For society to remain vibrant, culturally speaking, "the show must go on". And so I try to do my very best to contribute in some way.

    i am serious about achieving enduring status for my work.. I don't want to be distracted, I need to remain "switched on" and "tuned" to my path, I will interpret an image within my own sensibilities. Its a long shot- 'cause all I got is my own little wooden head, like Pinnoccio, yet "with a little help from my friends" I will remain positive and dedicated to this odd cause we call "arts and culture". This is the Epiphany and the Apogee of my life. I hope the collaborative work I do with artists performers and models rewards and feeds their own cravings and/or aims.
