Yes, I do portfolio development!
Welcome! I strive to make models comfortable and shoots fun, I am responsive to model ideas and collaborations, and I will work with you to get the kind of pictures you need. However, I don't shoot nudes and will not work with minors unless parents are present. I prefer that all models bring a chaperone. I use what I consider the best images from shoots on reputable promotional sites like this one, and/or on my personal website. If you would rather I don't use certain pictures, all you need to do is tell me, and I promise I will respect your preferences no matter what's on the release.
For TFCD I currently provide 1) a full record of the shoot reduced for easy scrolling and uploading, and later, if requested 2) a selection of the best images in my opinion and/or the model's, artistically retouched. I can usually generate an initial CD within a week or two of the shoot depending on my workload, then you can pick some for me to artistically retouch or process, or provide full-size. All images provided will be digitally watermarked, and my standard release specifies "promotional use only", no sales. I do ask that you credit me by leaving my watermark intact.

Models and photographers who stop answering emails, fail to show up at shoots without at least calling ahead, or fail to live up to other aspects of their agreement should apologize and make a point to change their unprofessional and untrustworthy behavior. Second chances may be given; third chances are generally not. Everyone in the business should treat each other with honesty, respect and tolerance whenever possible, no matter who you are dealing with. Your conduct reflects on YOU and those you do business with.
