Vancouver casting for Playboy
September 14th and 15th
I spoke to Waldy Martens this afternoon. He's one of those eleven photographers who can honestly say he "shoots for Playboy" - see
"Who Really Shoots for Playboy". On September 14 and 15, Waldy is holding an open casting for Playboy in Vancouver.
Waldy is the real thing. He's been a photographer for 18 years and Playboy's "man in Vancouver" for 5 years.
For girls in the northwest: Washington, Oregon, western Canada, here is a chance for a face-to-face audition for Playboy.
This is the full deal, Stacy Collins will be interviewing girls for Playboy TV and Waldy's own video team will be shooting
"behind-the-scenes" footage of Waldy at work. And there's a party on Thursday, the 14th.
A tip: girls should take a look at some Special Editions to see the style of layouts and the look of the models in those magazines.
There is a clear move away from using only girls with huge implants. So don't let your "normal" breast size stop you, especially with Waldy.
He makes it well known that he wants "girl next door" looks and lots of personality.
"Girls who are over-endowed can look really hot in bikinis and not very good in the nude," said Martens.
"Plus, I am looking for models with positive attitudes. Give me the new girl with normal looks and enthusiasm.
I'll trade flat for phony any day."
