Event Details:
Event organizer will be responsible for:
Managing Guest List
Facilitating meetings
Point of contact for our agency and the event venue

Dates/Times:
TBD – expect multiple events
Events will take place during the month of September
Shifts will generally take place between the hours of 4pm - 10pm during the week (M – F), during happy hour.
Shifts run 3 – 4 hours (max 4 hours)

Pay:
$70/ per event
This includes $50 base rate + $20 for meeting deliverables and for reporting (Deliverables and Reporting must be met by deadline)
$5 for initial training

Qualifications:
Must own Ipad or Smartphone with Internet/Data capabilities
Energetic, enthusiastic and fun personality to engage people! The bubblier, the better!
Very confident, assertive and approachable
Must be comfortable working independently and be a problem solver
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized and dependable to meet reporting needs
