Is Seeking:
We are seeking a Bilingual (Korean/English) Product Specialist who is outgoing, responsible, reliable and passionate who will ensure world class customer service, store image, merchandise presentation, team development, asset protection, and cost control in operation of the Pop Up Retail Location

Dates & Times: Please only apply if you can commit to the entire 10 month duration of this event.
Training to begin in early January 2013
Pop Up Store to open February 4, 2013 and run thru October 2013
Approximately 20/hrs a week

Duties:
Sales/Service:
• Provide guests with a meaningful, exciting, and positive experience
• Provide a fun, full-service shopping experience to customers
• Effectively function as brand and product expert
• Stay informed of new products
• Meet and greet high level IBOs by name


Operations:
• Help maintain a safe working environment
• Follow loss prevention practices and protect company assets
• Maintain & organize stock room and inventory resource levels (order product)
• Maintain store appearance
• Provide feedback to managers regarding consumer interactions
• Resolve customer/guest/IBO issues effectively


Product Specialist Must Be/Have:
100% Fully Bilingual Korean/English
Currently residing near Flushing, NY with reliable transportation to get to Citi Field
FULL availability for entirety of program (all event days and support days)
Prior experience in a retail or event setting
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Desire to succeed in a unique, fast-paced retail environment
Ability to work 20+ hours per week, but remain flexible if necessary
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or as a product representative a plus
21 years of age or older
Must submit to a Full Background check.
Must be able to work exceptionally well with others in a team environment
Be tech savvy

Compensation:
$17.00/hr
