Conditioning and fitness are some of the most important if not the most important aspects of training for any sport and especially Martial Arts. Our fitness and conditioning classes incorporate core work, ploymetrics, and fundamentals of exercise to get you and keep you in the best shape of your life. Fitness is the name of the game. While our facility has a complete set of traditional weight lifting equipment, our conditioning classes focus on non-traditional exercise techniques which usually don’t involve weight lifting. Instead, our fitness and conditioning class utilizes a combination of cardio exercises such as jumps, lunges, rope climbs, tire flips, kettle-bell exercises to keep you working hard and sweating for the entire class. We also offer kickboxing, jiujitsu, wrestling, and kettlebells. We have something for everyone. We also have a weight training and cardio area.
