General Information

Model, actress, and photographer Serena Star was born on September 13, 1988 in a little town she has come to call Wonderland. Spending most of her youth shut up behind closed doors, she managed to evade the closed minds of the social order and learned to deal with every obstacle that she faced. Being blessed with open-minded parents, she was encouraged to find her own path in life and disregard other negative influences which tried to mold her into society's cookie-cutter image. Enlightened to the prejudice and discrimination that was illustrated everyday, she grew aware of the intolerance she would face and prepared herself emotionally for the persecution she would later ensue. "Wonderland" became to her as Wonderland was to Alice, a nice place to visit - but not to stay. It was a place which enabled her creative and artistic mind to blossom without profuse excruciation but she couldn't prosper either. Allieviated by the tolerance of the underground culture, she opened herself up to many styles including gothic , medieval and renaissance, victorian, vampiric, cyber industrial goth, retro pin up, and many more. At the age of 14/15 she took her first serious interest in photography. She studied everything through the lense of her camera and became passionate about the beauty it brought out in a world she had grown to think was so dull and forlorn. Even Alice at one point had stated, "What is the use of a book... without pictures or Conversations?" The exquisiteness of how the world seemed to change within a photo captivated her and she loved it. Now at the ripe age of 19 she has grown to have a very sweet and sensual yet hot-tempered personality. She enjoys working with others and seizes any opportunity to take her place in the spotlight. Noted for her child-like cheerfulness and Professional attitude, she can portray the ages between 15 and 20, but is very mature when it comes down to her work. In the years to come she hopes to meet more open-minded and creative souls who can overcome the age barrier that currently keeps her from flourishing in her fields of interest. She awaits the day she will be able to express herself without torment and tribulations, and hopes to one day become a known figure in the alternative modeling industry. Serena is one fiery redhead, ready to take on the challenges that are dealt to her as she persues unveiling her unique individuality.

established model
maxim/stuff/playboy type look tanned model (to work on my glamour/lingerie port)
Comfortable as a nude model
Fetish model (with an extensive wardrobe/willing to do nude)
that I feel will benefit my portfolio. If you would like to shoot my rates are EXTREMELY affordable. **

When you write me, These are a few questions I would like to know.
This way I can get an idea of what you are looking for and I can
set up the shoot:
1. Do you have something in mind to wear,
if not what size do you wear?
2. What color theme would you look for?
3. What theme in general are you aiming for? (Pinup,
Fantasy, Cyber, Victorian, Vampiric, nude, fetish etc)
B. If fantasy, what element (I do a lot of earth type
elements but I am looking to do a fire set)
4. Are you willing to pay for a makeup artist ?
(I know a few amazing artists- cost is 50-150$)
5. What dates are YOU free to shoot?
6. Any other ideas or comments, especially
if you have an idea of something exact to shoot.

Shoots are TEST SHOOTS for these shoots below. Do not contact me
about doing one of these ideas unless we have shot before.

Looking for:
Mainstream work - I am trying to learn to do more fashion work
This includes white backgrounds with bright clothing (in style)
or more vogue type work. New York style clothing fashion
(I can not provide) Lost the girl I was going to work with when
she moved to Ireland =p I need hair stylists who can do the crazy
teasing, etc for cheap :X

Stewarts Rootbeer Stand - Model dressed up in a waitress sort of
outfit with skates..Either a old fashioned car or another model sitting
at the stand. There is also an old fashioned drive in theater nearby..
Sort of a old 50's style shoot. Prefer models with own hair/makeup
stills or makeup artist... and own wardrobe.

Belly dancers/gypsy around fire - I am setting up a fire elemented photo
hopefully soon. I want thin proportionate girls of a pale skin color who
can pick up the light from the fire/moon well and also have long hair.
If you have your own outfits, great - if not I can provide for some.

Mermaids - when I finally get around to sewing skirts to act as tails I want
to either go down to the beach or work around a nice blue pool with a
group of girls as mermaids. Working on more water elements :)

Glamour work - I havent worked with many girls of a very tanned color
and I want to practice doing the mainstream maxim style type glamour.

Cyber styles - I want girls with bright colored dreads and a good sense
of industrial styles. I have a few graffiti'd up places around here I would
love to shoot and and I want to blow up the color real bright with the hair :)

Cosplay - I ADORE anime but I am way too lazy to try and sew outfits =p
More important things to do on my time! hehe. If you have any cosplay
outfits..or even outfits let me know! I want to steal you >_>;

Pinups - I am still learning hair so I would love to work with pinup girls
who have their own vintage wardrobe and can do their own hair. I have
some of my own items but I dont have that large of a vintage collection.

Ghost in Nursery - Learned some techniques I want to mess with. Looking
for a girl with long blonde hair, skinny...younger looking. Also would need
to find a room that could pass off as a child's nursery.

Amazon style shooting- When everything starts growing again I am looking
to find someone with husky dogs (wolf sort of looking) and I want to have
some tribal body painting done and do some amazon/wild themed photos

Faerie Collage- I want to take photos of several different girls of different
hair colors for a photo manipulation project. I want to resize the images
and photoshop them into this location i have found which has a dog house
and a lot of overgrown vines. I want to do something along the lines of the
faeries poking at a dog. Having your own wings would be helpful.

Medieval shoot- In erdenheim pa (chestnuthill) there are a lot of castle style
looking buildings.. old stone walls, etc. I am looking for girls with their own
medieval outfits that would be interested in shooting at these locations.

Stylist shoots- I am looking for girls who are comfortable with having their
hair completely teased and twisted up (I know many people do not appreciate
this because it is hard to get the knots out and do not want this) I am looking for
fashion style models who are willing to be guinea pigs to hair teasing and crazy makeup.
